*Minutes / Conclusions from today's meeting held on 04-04-2021*
1) We need apply *immediately* for Manjeera Pipeline connection.
For sold flats individual flat owner has to bare and for unsold flats Builder will bare
we need to discuss to landlord to pay his share on unsold flats.
2) Some flat owners collected muncipal tax receipts from builder and for others they have to apply individually for muncipal tax.
3) Individuals who collected Muncipal tax receipts has to change their name in tax receipt like we did in current bill.
4) All flat owners are agreed to pay maintenance at Rs 1100/- per month.
5) Builder agreed to handover flat in 3months i.e., on or before *30-06-2021*
6) Builder and Supervisor agreed to solve all the problems including common area , if we all given all our problems in writing.
For this one book will be maintained by supervisor Mr Naga Malleswara rao and we already wrote common area problems in that book.
By today evening all individuals report their individual flat problems in that book in writing.
